  • In a sauna, comfort is key! We recommending a swimsuit. Many people also bring sandals or flip-flops for stepping in and out of the sauna, but they’re not necessary inside.

  • We deliver within a 15-mile radius of 92116. Outside that area? No worries—just a small delivery fee, and we’ll bring the sauna right to you!

  • Here’s how we bring the heat:

    • Booking & Setup: Once your event is confirmed, we’ll take care of everything and make sure all is in place and ready for your guests.

    • Customizable Timelines: Events typically last between 4 to 6 hours, but we can adjust the timing to suit your needs. Whether it’s a wellness retreat, a celebration, or a team-building day, let’s craft an unforgettable experience.

    Our goal is to make your event hassle-free and memorable—so you can focus on the fun while we handle the heat!

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time.

    • Rescheduling: If you give us enough notice, we’re happy to apply your deposit or fees toward a new date that works for both of us.

    • Late Cancellations: If we don’t receive notice 72 hours in advance, the booking will be considered canceled, and services will not be delivered.

    • Refunds: Deposits and fees are non-refundable, whether you’re rescheduling or canceling.

    We understand plans can change and will do our best to accommodate your needs if we’re given sufficient notice.
